Sunday I mowed three-quarters of the lawn before cleaning up and going to supper and gaming. Han got to play at Theron's though we didn't kill anything we did pick the cave complex on our way out. Monday I went with Leofwyna for her shots so I could drive her home. Later I dropped the two bags full at Salvation Army before going to the library for genealogy. She had plans for the evening so I stayed late and went to supper before going home where more sniglets were worked up. Maybe if I keep at it I can put together enough for more than one top again.
Thursday Leofwyna's night was rough as her knee was paining her greatly. I took her back in to get her knee re-wrapped as the binding was way too tight. She was much more comfortable today after that. I got in a full set of computer sessions but as a result didn't get much else accomplished. I've got to do better.
Wednesday and Leofwyna got her knee scoped this afternoon.
Friday I woke up unusually achy... probably from yesterday's massage. It was a sunny day and I was glad to get out and about. Discovered this weekend is the 99-cent sales so stopped in at a couple of the Goodwills and came home with a couple bagsful. Back at home I found Leofowya is down with something and no appetite. Spent the evening finishing the quilting on Ingabiorg's quilt and a little while sewing up Kronberg blend blocks.
Wednesday afternoon I brought Leofwyna home from the hospital.  She can't drive as long as she's on the pain medication so my car is still in the parking garage there.  We both took naps this afternoon; she didn't sleep much last night.  I went to business moot alone tonight.  Lots of discussion about Winter War Maneuvers and the new location.  I helped Gerald some with his sewing machine.  We all went to Old Chicago for supper.  Thursday Their Highnesses postponed coronation for a week due to the icy, cold front heading their way.  I headed out for the afternoon picking up tickets for a movie tomorrow, stopped in at the south Goodwill where I came away with half a dozen canning jars.  Back at home I made both potato soup and chili, then canned the chili.  At the sewing table finished two nine-patch quilt tops for Kronberg.
Tuesday Leofowyna headed out early for her appointment at Bryan.  They called around 10 when she came out of it.  She called around 3 saying she was doing well.  Mostly I spent the day loafing, napping but I did accomplish some laundry, including her sheets.  After supper I went up to watch tv with her awhile and settled on Obama's final address.  Back at home I watched it again on another channel.
Sunday I feel better.  Spent the afternoon after lunch at the library with the computers.  When I went home for a nap Leofowyna was working on the brush pile.  She said she had the sore throat now.  Had to happen.  After a nice nap I headed out for gaming where nothing was killed for a change.  Just lots of travelling, marketing where possible, reporting findings and planning for future adventures.  At the sewing table the sniglets are getting into bigger setts and squares are happening.
Friday after lunch and some computer time at the library I returned home to put the pork carnitas in the oven and start mudding the wallboard joints in the laundry room.  The stuff they sold Leofwyna the other day was the worst... very glue-y plastic stuff, not the joint compound I was expecting.  I made a run to Menards to get some joint compound, no problem with this going on the walls but the little container I bought only did half the job so another will be gotten for the rest.  Today Leofwyna has been on the sick-list... this time a fairly simple stomach upset merited quiet time and naps.  At the sewing table the first of two junque tops was finished and a second well underway.
Friday I spent time on the computer at the library.  Leofwyna is feeling pretty poorly so nothing was done in the garage today.  I pressure cooked her pork roast and made potato salad for supper (fajitas must wait for another time).  At the sewing table I cut print cutter strips and started another washer load from the bags of cutter 'logs'.
Thursday I went to the library for a computer session.  I registered for the Golden Thimble competition in two weeks with Cat, Isabeau, Carlos and Kate on my team.  At home again I sorted the bags of paperbacks for Lois, Morgana and the garage sale.  Leofwyna went to find out what the bumps are... shingles complete with a low-grade fever.  They have her some anti-viral pills.  She skipped music tonight so I know she's uncomfortable with it.  At the sewing table I finished cutting strips and started ironing the next batch of print cutters.
Tuesday I got my choli print-out done.  Just need to do multiple copies before A&S tomorrow.  Back at home I un-did the work on the blue/gold skirt and re-did it with two widths instead of one... much better results.  Leofwyna stayed home with her cold while I went to Fighters and Fibers where I worked on the quilt.
