Up and breakfast before starting on to do list. Brought up first load of laundry, dropped jardiance paperwork off at the Heart office and mailed out two PCH packages. Plugged the laptop back in to see how it goes and so far so good so I did some Ancestry this afternoon. After supper headed downstairs to continue whonky stars. Leofwyna came home tonight to Cassie's delight.
Up and out for lunch then home to the computer where something went haywire... maybe scammer? Finished closet purge and went to library for computer time and to calm/think what to do about the laptop. Home again went downstairs to finish webbing the flimsy and start the horizontals. Had trouble getting to sleep.
Up and lunch then started phone calls. Returned Sharon's call; I have ten tops ready for pick-up. She'll contact Opal for pick=up. Called ALLO and was able to get the connection to the internet done. Called ChillWell and waited on hold until I had a low battery on the handset so that'll have to be done yet again. Spent the rest of the day into the evening with Ancestry.com.
Up and out for lunch and computer library time. When I got home there was a box on the stoop; the new laptop has arrived but I can't get linked up to ALLO. I can get the on-board solitaire though. A man stopped by to mow but then his mower didn't work and he said he'd come back tomorrow. Went downstairs for the evening working on wonky stars. Leofwyna reports she had a rough day at Lilies, missed court but her supper was well received.
Up and out for lunch and library. Agnes emailed that the laptop was in route. After supper I headed downstairs for more wonky blocks while Leofwyna bustled about upstairs getting ready for Lilies. Another thunder storm blew through in the night, all flash and noise.
