Saturday while I was out and about some dark grey clouds piled up and spat out some grapple dropping the temperaturs rather drastically.  I'm back at the sewing table downstairs putting 'reject' strips together for quilts.  We're thinking about heading out to Kronberg soon and I want to top off the pile of pieced tops.  Sunday we went to the mens' gynmastics competition.  It's the only one we'll get to this year and we enjoyed it immensely.  

Friday and Saturday we'd planned to go to the Big 10 Men's Gymnastics Competition.  We did go Friday for the team event and enjoyed ourselves greatly.  We don't remember why we stopped going but we counted back and realized it's been over twenty years.  Saturday's event started so early though we decided to skip it after all but we will be looking out for opportunities to go in the next season.  Oh, our team wasn't on the podium at the end but apparently they've been in a transitional year and the senior member had broken his arm early in the season.  Saturday I hit all the Goodwills for the 99-cent sale and came away with a pair of jeans, half a dozen tops and nearly 20 cotton cutters.  I also finally found a wall-mount 3-slot mail basket to put in the front closet for our mail.
