10:20... Hazy and cool.  Up and out for lunch.  Home for a quiet afternoon at the laptop.  There was a bit of rain this afternoon.  Gaming in the evening with DM Agnes and the regent Pepe.  We fought monstrous spiders first that had mental powers to charm.  I got charmed but still managed to argue my point to fight one of the spiders while still following orders; Garrock followed my lead in his turn. Even Reike agreed with my angle and adjusted her actions against the spiders, not using weapons but spells to deal with them. Agnes started making her instructions more carefully but I still managed to 'protect' while not fighting anyone in my group long enough for them to succeed in finally killing 'my' spider.  It was a rather good night for me.
