10am, a sunny clear day.  Bonnie and I took the short block walk since it was so pretty and cool (relatively speaking).  .  Went to Heart Health for 1pm appointment and sat an hour.  Apparently checking in didn't get recorded and they didn't know I was there.  Echocardiogram got canceled/ postponed but I did get the 'fibrulater tested and saw Heather who has changed a couple prescriptions.  I go back in a month to check results of med change and get the echo then, too.  With all that my lunch didn't happen until after four.  When I got home told Leofwyna she didn't have to deal with my supper as I'd have cereal later when I get hungry.
