etienettebluetFriday up and out to lunch and library computer. On the way home picked up groceries for tomorrow morning. Leftovers for supper then making more wonky star blocks. Early to bed by 2am.
Saturday up at 4:30 to meet Natalya at Gwyneth's by 6am to daytrip to Queen's Prize in St. Jo. Leofwyna and I slept in the back seat going down and Leofwyna stayed in the car to sleep another couple hours when we arrived. I sat most of the day in the commons stripping border blocks, finishing another cappie and hemming handkerchiefs. The noise levels in the judging hall and commons were pretty intense and by the end of the afternoon I'd almost developed a headache but medication headed it off and I was able to enjoy court. Leofwyna and I didn't sleep all the way home but we both had naps along the way. At the sewing table tonight while we watched a movie I pulled shorts from the dark 2.5 bin. Also pulled the plaids for another project.
