Since the blue linen cote was to narrow to wear over my white linen undertunic I wanted to get a fuller cote ready.  I've had a nice light wool-blend in my work basket for quite a while for this purpose and finally I was motivated to get it sewed up.  Spent a little time this week cutting, trimming and sewing up this grey cote with a violet-rose and navy 'shirt trim' at neckline and wrists.  Now I need to get the hem marked so I can finish it.
