Saturday Leofwyna and I had good intentions of spending the afternoon doing yardwork but we headed up to the Engine House for lunch first.  Then we thought we'd check out a few garage sales as the season is nearly done and it was a pretty day.  We were in the neighborhood so we thought to look in at a couple Goodwills as they were having a 10 for $10 sale.  [I ended up with three bags full.]  Along about 5pm we admitted no yardwork was going to be accomplished and we were pretty far south so we decided to check the sales at Menards where she bought two pre-lighted Christmas trees to fit the new bow window.  An excellent day!
