10:20... clear and sunny but cold.  Snow half gone.  Out for lunch.  Found 4 pkg turkey backs at IGA so cooked, boned and canned these today.  Ended up with two packages of turkey meat in the freezer and five quarts broth canned; one quart has already been promised to Natalya and I hope to deliver it next Wednesday.  I think I may have to replace the vent and possibly the rubber gasket on the canner. 

Saturday

10:40... sunny and warming.  Out for lunch.  Repaired my wool sweater and made spaghetti sauce for supper.  Bonnie has pushed Leofwyna's buttons too many times and tonight's multiple puddles really tripped her trigger.  I may have to have her re-homed. The way things are right now is not fair to Leofwyna, especially with her toe not healing up and being exposed to the puddles.  Later, apologies all round.
