etienettebluet10:20... clear and sunny but cold. Snow half gone. Out for lunch. Found 4 pkg turkey backs at IGA so cooked, boned and canned these today. Ended up with two packages of turkey meat in the freezer and five quarts broth canned; one quart has already been promised to Natalya and I hope to deliver it next Wednesday. I think I may have to replace the vent and possibly the rubber gasket on the canner.
