Sunday we had a beautiful, albeit windy, day for our Newcomers event.  We had a good turnout of MagMorons including wee children and hands-on displays including food-food-food.  During the five hours we had several potential newcomers come through asking questions, checking out activities and sampling food.  I'd say it was another successful newcomers event but I'm reserving final judgment until we have a few new members participating.  Leofwyna won the 'Shinies' competition with her Viking treasure necklace and pearl encrusted Russian 'hat'.
