Got out into the absolutely perfect day and cut back the edge of the rock garden so it won't foul the snowblower this winter, clipped back the yew and lilac bushes, and mowed the lawn. Followed up by watering both trees for hours for a good deep soak.
THURSDAY
This evening was the demo at OctoBEERfest. We had a good turn out of members and we served up samples of mead. There were plenty of interested folks asking about what we do and the fighters did a round of fights that seemed to impress some potential future fighters.
