9:15 and a sunny day to finish making the snow disappear.  Out to library, lunch and groceries 24-hour.  The car wouldn't start after lunch;  fortunately it was only the not-very-old battery which they replaced and didn't even charge me for the tow.  Soundly beat Leofwyna at canasta after supper again.  Stayed upstairs on the computer since I'd missed the entire afternoon.

NOTE:  Actually the battery was only two months short of 2 years old.
