Bold the ones you have and use at least once a year, italicise the ones you have and don't use, strike through the ones you have had but got rid of, and colour (or underline) the items you'd like to add to your kitchen arsenal:

I've got something somewhat less well known, an aebleskiver pan... Actually I have three of 'em in order to really crank 'em out.  Unfortunately the past 24 years we had a stove we couldn't use the pans on.  That will change when the renovation is completed and we finally have a gas stove.  I'll be able to use the pressure cooker again, too.
