10am (alarm)... up and returning phone calls... Heather halved Carvidolol dose.  Out to lunch, library and Salvation Army to drop bookbags.  Home for laptop time before riding with Leofwyna to MagMor A&S archery talk.  Supper at Appleby's with the group.
