Monday - 230

Up before seven hungry but then a nap about nine and another about eleven. Spent the afternoon studying hospital papers while Leofwyna went shopping for my meds and groceries. After supper we went downstairs for television and sewing area time.

Tuesday - 226

Up before eight eating yesterday's leftovers... a controlled day eating allowed us tuna sandwiches with cheese and a little ice cream on our strawberries. Leofwyna ran stuff to the post office in the late afternoon and beat me soundly at Canasta after supper after supper. We watched a couple programs about Costa Rica tonight... another place she wants to go to see the animals.
