Up at 10:30 when Leofwyna left for appointments. Was actually a pretty good night's sleep. Made phonecalls for doctor appointment and medical file transfer; learned I needed to go in person to make request. Headed out for lunch, went to make file request, dropped books at the library and some mail at the post office. Totally worn out so talked Leofwyna into ordering pizza for supper. Canasta after supper and I trounced her. Downstairs at the sewing table finished pressing the 16-patch blocks. Need to make nine more so tucked them into the project drawer. Netted up sniglet #4 and got the cross stitching half done before heading upstairs for computer time. Had Leofwyna get me her Mutual of Omaha information so I can call tomorrow. At the end of day realised my ankles and feet were swollen; I think this has been going on for awhile but I just didn't pick up on it. Lay in bed awhile with feet elevated and slept with a different way to flex my knees; it seems to have helped.
