Jan. 30th, 2019 09:06 pmTuesday was up bright and sunny so I headed out for lunch and library computer. A stop at FoodNet brought home several green apples, a head of garlic, cornmeal, bread and apple bites; I wish I could have snagged more than one artichoke at a time as there were several. I opened up one of my jars of chili for supper. Leofwyna took me to see a movie, A Dog's Journey Home(sic). At the sewing table I sorted the wee scraps in my basket, separating points from strings to make more wonky stars and wonky borders.
Wednesday is bitter, bitter, bitter so school and even postal deliveries were cancelled so meeting tonight is off. However, the libraries are still open so I headed out to re-fill my gastank, do a session at the library, have Chinese buffet for supper and pick up milk on the way home. Leofwyna is gone with Isadora to Omaha to check out a German restaurant and go to the ballet. At the sewing table I'm putting together more border blocks.
