Thursday was a total washout. I had leftovers for lunch and I sat in my robe with computer and tv all afternoon and into the evening. While Leofwyna was gone to music I finally got dressed to go out to find some supper before returning to my sewing area to make more wonky star blocks.

Friday Leofwyna rented a pickup from Menard's and we piled in the downed branches and took 'em to the city drop area. DONE! On the way up North 27th street at the Salt Creek bridge where we was the eagle last spring, today I saw a brilliantly lovely red fox on the south bank. SCORE! Time for 31 Flavors and a long, lazy evening.
