Aug. 29th, 2014 11:42 amThursday I canned pineapple squash using a recipe I picked up from a blogger. I'm interested to see how it works in a crockpot recipe with pork or chicken and as a substitute for upsidedown cake. I also got the cukes cooked and in syrup so I'll have that to deal with for five days before canning those.
