Monday for supper the carnitas were a success.  I'll make them again as a summer treat with a few tweeks such as not using the broiler.  Leofwyna looked and looked for our copy of the delivery document but didn't find it.  My assignment now is to see if our local Sears can give us a copy or otherwise confirm the March 2013 delivery.
