Dec. 6th, 2013 03:28 amThe cold is come back and sounds like it's going to last a week. I hate to go out in it but things must be done. Tuesday I went to the library for another talking book to listen to in the car. I'm working through some of the newer Chiaverini books right now since Gabaldon's new book isn't coming out until sometime after April. I found a topiary watercolor at Goodwill while I was in that part of town and dropped it off to get the mats recut and change out the frame. I think Leofwyna will like it and since it was half-price I didn't want to wait until she could check it out as it might have disappeared.
Wednesday, of course, was A&S although I almost gave up due to the parking situation but finally decided to pull into the Rampark. The planned subject apparently got postponed though so farble-ing occured instead.
Thursday I went to get things I needed to lengthen the curtains and weight them down so they don't billow when the heat is on. I stopped at the store for some butter, flour and sugar so I can make cookies... need to use recipes that will use the walnuts I've had in the freezer (they were a Twelfth Night gift last January).
