(no subject)

Thursday I tried again to get the Christmas tablet up and working.  Unfortunately the number to call has office hours and everytime I think of trying it's MY time which is way after their office hours.  Very frustrating as I thought I'd like to have it going for the two days this weekend that the library is closed.  Instead I have a to do list planned to work on Sunday and Monday while Leofwyna works and I have absolutely no access to a computer.   Friday a big group (roughly twenty of us) got together for dinner because Jane was in town for a couple days.  It's been a couple years since she and Angelo moved to California and we've missed them!  She was telling us how their plans have changed and the good things that have developed for them.  They've finally gotten back into the SCA out there where the community is vastly different from Calontir and they're finding their way.  Leofwyna and I are very glad that they're doing well and are happy there.
