Apr. 25th, 2013 03:08 amSunday and Monday I got a considerable amount of 'housekeeping' done in Dad's family tree, looking especially for obituaries on the general internet with occasional success. Cleaned up a couple erroneous places, too.
Tuesday we got the guy in to look at the kitchen plumbing and tighten the joint causing the leak under the sink. I got the turkey cooked and we had it with good gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans for supper. I boned out the bird and made a rich turkey bone broth. The house smelled heavenly all afternoon and evening and well into the night while that was cooking.
Wednesday evening I headed across town for social moot and supper with our group. I'm certainly looking forward to warmer weather to begin this week.
