Thursday the tile man came and started on the kitchen tiles.  By the end of the day we can see how the pretty little copper tiles are going to set off the sandy wall tiles and the mottled counters.  This is going to look really good.  Off and on throughout the day, whenever Leofwyna was out of bed for various errands, I worked on getting the carpet nail strips up.  This evening while she was sleeping I made a grocery run, washed up the dishes and carried out the trash and compost.
