Sep. 16th, 2012 11:28 amFriday I harvested more ground cherries for the freezer. I threw supper together from the freezer; we really need to use up old stuff so we can shut down the chest freezer for awhile.
Saturday the new window was put in. Apparently Leofwyna has been bubbling all over the neighborhood about getting the bow window version instead of the flat but left me in the dark for the surprise factor. She was so pleased with herself. I had to take the car in for the headlight and it cost quite a bit more than i was expecting as the whole headlight assembly had to be replaced due to the accident last year making it impossible to just change out the light. I was also told about another problem (a cracked boot) that will need attention sometime in the future which will be another hefty expense.
