Looks like I've let several days get away from me again. Boxing Day we celebrated my birthday at Lazlo's with a nice Salmon dinner. The plan was for steak dinner but since we'd had such good steaks Thursday I opted for the Salmon and Leofwyna followed my lead. We went to see The Tourist. I can't deny we really enjoy the spyish romps and this was a good one. Back at home we opened gifts and I got three really nice tops, a good flashlight, marzipan, and a quilter's ruler.
Monday evening the washer started making alarming noises. Had the repairman in Tuesday and he's ordering a part and was supposed to be back Wednesday but was a no-show. I'll call tomorrow to see what's holding him up.
I've been pressing, folding and boxing up the stash fabrics so the table can be cleared for Leofwyna to get back to her project. She has things to finish for Twelfth Night.
