Turned out I sat up quilting until 6am Friday night, Saturday morning rather. I was just watching tv and quilting and grooving along without paying much attention to the time. I made myself get up at noon so I wouldn't mess up my sleep cycle too much. To keep moving and awake this afternoon I went out to the thrift stores. I found three of our favorite brand of zigsaw puzzles, a linen shirt in my size, 2 yds quilting cotton, fabric paint, and a 14" quilting hoop. I also passed up, talked myself out of, quite a few things I'd have bought if I was working and had the income. All this and lunch was under $20 so it was a good haul for a pretty, sunny day.
Leofwyna called me this evening and told me Beth (Mary's daughter) was in with a new baby. I hadn't even known Beth had married, so now all Mary's kids have married and had kids themselves... she's a granny several times over.
