MONDAY

When Leofwyna woke up today I suggested a movie for the holiday and said I'd do supper.  She was delighted with this plan and selected Inglorious Basterds, an intriquing rewrite of history.   Further discussion about the rummage sale in two weeks and it was decided we're done with 'em this year and we'll do another big one in the spring instead. 

I'm determined to get my sewing room set back up, the guest room put together and all our stuff from that room sorted so rummage things can be priced and ready for the spring sale.  I'll also go through the things in my room and sorted for the rummage so it can be a nice room for me again as well.  That's the plan anyway.  That also clears up the rest of our time this fall for getting the yard ready for winter.  She wants to get the front flower border dealt with and I want to get my raised veggie beds cleared and repaired and completely ready to have a complete vegetable garden again next summer.

TUESDAY

Delivered ratty towels and blankets to the animal shelter, dropped fall/winter clothing off at two consignment shops, cleared aluminum cans out of car's trunk for a whopping $1.20, and cleaned the kitchen from yesterday's cooking spree.  Shoulda mowed the lawn but evening crept up on me and it was too late.  I've been enjoying valr 's and others account of Valor down in Vatavia this weekend and I think I've gotta plan on going next year.
