M-m-m-m, I was exceedingly lazy. Leofwyna made barbeque sandwiches for supper after spending the afternoon with Shelly.
FRIDAY
The beginning of the Holiday weekend; I hope everyone stays safe and have only good times. I did my laundry and went to feed a friend's cats. Basically it was another lazy day.
SATURDAY
Every evening and every morning I make mental lists of things I might accomplish. So far the list hasn't changed much. With Leofwyna working this strange 3pm-3am shift I get up quietly and head downstairs to the computer. Did accomplish cleaning up the kitchen when Leofwyna got up and headed in to work. I also remembered to let her know Uncle G- was in the hospital (gall bladder surgery at 90+).
Once I get past the beginning of the day to-do thoughts it's all too easy to coast through most of the rest of the day. I have been cycling cotton samples through the washer and dryer though.
SUNDAY
I started ironing the washed samples and only got about a third done in roughly four hours... ouch! This evening Leofwyna and I went to supper at Tico's and then to the 'late' Lincoln fireworks display (we got rained out Friday). This worked very well for us since Leofwyna was working Friday. We found a nifty place to watch from where we could avoid the nasty post-display traffic. Hope we can remember to find 400 W Industrial Park next time.
