One difference in an earlier day is that I don't get on the computer at the end of the day and journal. Now I'm up in the mornings doing things and forget to do this. This was mostly a loafing day. Did bake up a batch of blonde brownies with lots and lots of nuts before cleaning up the kitchen. Nancy W called for budgeting details for some transcription but that work won't come to me for a couple years! Finished two sample quilt tops from strips tonight.
WEDNESDAY
Spent the afternoon hitting several of the thrift stores. Found a linen shower curtain that will make a great shift and two lace trimmed cotton sheets. Went to Moot and then back home to sew up more sample strips.
THURSDAY
Chris called and asked to drop by the tapes this afternoon; we visited a little about the state of affairs with jobs and the economy. Leofwyna made Potato Beef Soup and Mulligatawney for her household tonight and I went along for supper there. Possibly due to the cold rain Od was the only other member who showed up and we all watched CSI and Eleventh Hour together. I found a couple Illustrations for my Queen's Prize entry on Isadora's bookshelf which is a big help for documentation.
