Friday I was determined to get on the ball sewing up Joe's garb. I did get both pair of pants and a tabard done and the green tunic three-quarters finished. Tried to call Joe to cancel Saturday morning as everything is awfully wet from the several rains we've had the last few days... No luck though so he was at the door earlly Saturday morning; it didn't even occur to him that things might be too wet. I showed him what progress had been done with his linen, sent him off and went back to bed.



I'm still plugging away at the genealogy day by day. I was interested to actually finally hear about the 1940 census which will come out in 2012. Guess I'm going to have to spring for ancestry.com another year to get that posted in my trees.
