Oh, storage bins are of the devil, even if I don't believe in him. I left *all* of mine with the ex and am slowly accumulating new ones. So far they're managable.
I keep a 3-step ladder, gotten at WalMart, right in the kitchen 'cause I'm so short and my cabinets are too high for me to reach any but the bottom shelf. I use it every single day, often more than once a day. So it stays right in the kitchen.
