10:40... sunny and nice. Walked Bonnie then went to lunch. Canned 25 pints of peaches and 3 quarts of peachy liquid. Must remember to hot water can fruit from now on... pressure canning is too hard on fruit; most of the liquid is forced right out of the jars. Very frustrating for all the work done.
