THURSDAY
Leofwyna has found a blouse she likes for her Alaska cruise next summer and wants me to make more like it. It's one with a crossover front like the cabling on a sweater but I don't know if I can do it in fabric. I'll have to think about it. Maybe I could drape it on the new dress form.
After supper we went to the fabric store where she looked at fabric while I checked the patterns to see if there was something similar to the blouse there. No luck for me but she found a rose print fabric she likes. We didn't buy it though as I'm still not sure I can pull it off. We stopped in at T J Maxx where we didn't find anything and Salvation Army where I found another puzzle and she found a lovely blue 'packable' dress and some more scrapbooking stuff. Thoroughly pleased with our finds we headed home to work together on another jigsaw puzzle.
