9:50am... Sunny and warm.  Leofwyna went to entertain Carlos this afternoon.  I didn't eat much yesterday and even less today.  Was uncomfortable until I went and got a shake (for both of us) and got some calories on board.  Felt considerable better this evening.  A thundarstorm came through this evening.
