Up and started crock pot with chicken legs for supper then out for lunch, look at possible SCA site (Capitol Horse and Pony Club?) and groceries.
Saw a small black and white bird as I was leaving this morning, some kind of woodpecker I think. It was checking out the birdhouse, then went into the big Maple climbing branches 'hand' over 'hand' several yards as I watched... it appeared to be checking in the bark for bugs. Leofwyna saw a black squirrel in our driveway when she went out this afternoon. I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening on the laptop... more ancestry.
